are a FULLY THREADED Hex Head fastener.  Their application is the same as Hex Head Bolt the only difference is the thread runs right up to the underside of the head.  Meaning there is no plain shank on this fastener.  All Boltmasters G304 Hex Head Setscrews are to the Standard of BS1083 / A2.
