Boltmasters G304/A2 (Food Grade) UNF Stainless Steel Button Head Socket Screws has a low rounded head.  Which creates a Larger Flat underneath the head of the Socket Screw.  As with all the Socket Screw range they are tightened by the hexagon indention (Allen Key)
